Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. flavoring (vanilla or maple)
    3 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and place over medium heat.
    Bring to a boil and let boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add soda and flavoring.
    Pour over popped corn; stir to coat and spread on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
