Old Time Green Bean Canning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. green beans
    boiling water
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    salt
Preparation
    Break beans and pour boiling water over them.
    Let set 10 minutes and drain.
    Cover with water again and add 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup sugar.
    Cook 30 minutes and put in jars with 1 teaspoon of salt in bottom of quart jar.
