Poppy Seed Hamwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soft butter
2 Tbsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. poppy seed
8 slices rye bread
4 slices ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
-
Mix soft butter, horseradish, mustard, chopped onion and poppy seed.
Spread on 8 slices rye bread.
Top each of 4 of the slices with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
Cover with remaining 4 slices of rye bread.
Place on buttered grill or heavy frying pan. Brown on both sides.
