Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef brisket
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 cloves garlic
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation
    Season meat with salt and pepper. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with onion. Combine ketchup, chili sauce, sugar, garlic and beer. Pour over meat. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours. Cool slightly. Cut across grain. Cover with gravy from pan.
