Hearty Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. cooked carrots, diced
    1/2 c. cooked string beans
    1 1/2 c. cooked noodles
    8 oz. cooked diced chicken breast
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Blend soup and milk in casserole dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients except crumbs together with blended soup mixture.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings. Each serving equals 3 low-fat meat, 2 starch.
