Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 c. loose-pack frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1/2 c. frozen cheese tortellini
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine the water, undrained tomatoes, bouillon, basil and oregano.
    Bring to boiling.
    Stir in frozen vegetables and tortellini.
    Return to boiling.
    Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 7 minutes or until tortellini are tender. Stir in parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
