Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. tomatoes, peeled
2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sweet red pepper
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 small hot red pepper
3 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. white mustard seed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Combine the vegetables, salt and sugar and cook until the mixture comes to a boil; cook until thick.
Put vinegar, sugar and spices last.
Put in 350\u00b0 oven.
