Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. ReaLemon juice from concentrate
    few drops lemon food coloring (optional)
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, beat egg yolks.
    Stir in Eagle Brand milk, ReaLemon juice and food coloring.
    Pour into prepared pastry shell.
