Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. gelatin
3/4 c. liquid
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. sherry
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. (4 c.) raw, shelled shrimp
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook shrimp in butter and sherry; save liquid (about 3/4 cup). Dissolve gelatin and microwave.
Beat cream cheese until softened and add gelatin.
Add remaining ingredients, chopped in food processor.
Pour into mold, sprayed with Pam.
Chill 1 hour. Serves 25.
