Easy Time Holiday Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 sticks margarine
2 c. flour
1 can any kind pie filling

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each.
At low speed, add flour and vanilla.
Pour batter into well-greased cookie sheet.
Mark off twenty squares, placing 1 tablespoon of pie filling in center of each.
While warm, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
