Crunchy Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry gelatin (6 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce, broken up
    1 c. finely chopped apple and celery
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water.
    Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Turn into 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Chill until set. Makes 12 servings.
