"Crab" Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread, cubed
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. imitation crab
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour beaten eggs and milk over them.
    Bake 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Mix together \"crab,\" celery, onion, sliced mushrooms and mayonnaise.
    Spread mixture over hot bread cubes, then spread the two cans of undiluted soup over \"crab\" mixture.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 275\u00b0.
