Fiesta Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cream-style corn
    3 c. milk
    chopped parsley and pimentos (to garnish)
Preparation
    Brown bacon; put aside.
    Lightly brown onion, celery and green pepper.
    Cook potatoes and broth for 10 minutes.
    Add corn and milk; then add bacon, onion, celery and green pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Season with black pepper. Then garnish.
