Cucumber Salad With Buttermilk Dressing - cooking recipe

1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. honey
1 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced (about 2 c.)
1/2 c. chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. finely diced carrots
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together the buttermilk, yogurt, dill, cider vinegar and honey.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended.
Chill.
