Pot Roast For Diabetics - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef rump roast
    2 Tbsp.
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion chopped fine
    2 carrots - sliced
    1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. splenda sweetener
Preparation
    Dredge meat well in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer about 4 hours over low heat.
