Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. (3 1/2 c.) Raisin Bran
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix together Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, salt and baking soda. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full (or use paper baking cups).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Mixture will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
    Muffins are better if mixture sets in refrigerator overnight.
