Meringue Topped Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whipped yams
    1 egg, separated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix yams and beaten egg yolk until smooth.
    Blend in butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Place in a dish sprayed with Pam.
    Top with meringue of beaten egg white and sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
