Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. pimento cheese
    1/2 lb. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 bottle Baco-bits
    1 1/2 c. fine ground pecans
    paprika
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Blend in seasoning and onions.
    Add ground nuts last.
    Knead like bread; form in rolls in wax paper.
    Sprinkle paper with paprika; roll to coat.
    Reroll in wax paper; store in refrigerator.
    Serve with crackers.
