Lamboll Street Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rice, cooked
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled (best to use small shrimp)
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 c. margarine, melted and divided
    1/4 c. Worcestershire
    few drops Tabasco
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    chopped bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs and 1/4 cup margarine.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Top with bead crumbs and remaining margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
