Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
5 shakes hot pepper
2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat milk.
In separate pan, melt 3 tablespoons butter then add flour and garlic powder.
Mix well.
Add heated milk; whip until lumps are mostly gone.
Simmer 3 minutes until thickened, stir occasionally.
Add Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Add pepper and remaining butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
