Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked fish, finely flaked
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. medium cooked potatoes, mashed
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg, whisked
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
    Add the potatoes, parsley, butter and egg. Shape into flat round cakes. Roll in fine bread crumbs, then the egg mixed with 1 tablespoon milk, then again in bread crumbs. Fry both sides in deep oil until brown. Serve hot with lemon slices.
