Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. Carnation milk
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 to 2 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared 10-inch pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
