Ingredients

2 c. Low-fat Baking Mix
2 egg whites
1/2 c. yogurt (nonfat plain or fruit flavored; blueberry is good)
1 c. skim milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; beat for 2 minutes.
Cook in nonstick pan, using a no-stick cooking spray.
Cook until golden brown.
Makes approximately 12 pancakes or waffles.
