Microwave Breakfast Oatmeal(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. applesauce or oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. oatmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients in microwave-safe dish.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Microwave in covered dish for about 8 minutes. Serve with milk.
