Cinnamon-Raisin Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins or chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until blended.
    Combine egg, milk and vanilla.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring until blended. Set batter aside.
    Combine brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon and raisins.
    Stir in melted oleo. Set brown sugar mixture aside.
