Cheezee Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    6 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    potato chips
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on them until about half done. Peel potatoes
    and
    shred
    into\tlarge bowl. Add butter. Stir well. Add
    remaining
    ingredients and put into greased baking dish.
    Top with
    crushed regular or cheese potato chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4.
