Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. melted margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
1 can chicken broth
1 can evaporated milk
1 can crabmeat or 1 cup fresh crab
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram, basil or parsley
1/8 tsp. curry
Preparation

Make a roux of margarine and flour.
Add chicken broth and mix until smooth.
Add evaporated milk; stir until smooth and thick over medium heat.
Add herbs last.
Just before serving, add dry sherry, if desired.
