Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    4 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes, using only a small amount of water; cool and drain.
    Combine eggs, mayonnaise, soup, onion, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Mix in broccoli.
    Place in a greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
