Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef tenderloin (varying sizes, 1 to 5 lb.)
    bacon grease
Preparation
    Cover meat with bacon grease.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 on a rack for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on size.
    Reduce oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 10 to 20 minutes, again depending on size and degree of wellness desired.
    Remove from oven and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before slicing/serving.
