Ingredients

2 egg whites, beaten stiff
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Beat well after each addition.
Add pecans.
Drop by teaspoons on baking sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Store in airtight containers.
