Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
    1 lb. mild sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage and break into small pieces.
    Drain well.\tBreak bread into 9x13 baking dish.
    Add layer of sausage and a layer of cheese until all is used.
    Beat eggs and add seasonings and milk. Pour over mixture and cover with foil.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake one hour covered at 350\u00b0.
    Great for brunch.
    Serves 8.
