Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 qt. milk
cinnamon to taste
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine rice and water; cook until water is absorbed.
Add milk and sugar; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to thicken (about 1 hour).
