Scotchy Peanut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. corn syrup
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
    1 1/4 c. peanut butter
    3 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Combine sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil; remove and add peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Stir until melted. Add corn flakes and spread over crust. Cool and spread Topping.
