Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, diced
    1 bunch broccoli
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    Season-all to taste
    2 qt. water
    1/4 c. butter
    3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook diced potatoes in a Dutch oven in a small amount of water until soft.
    Add broccoli that has been chopped and onions.
    Season with pepper and Season-all.
    Add water and boil 15 minutes.
    Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour, this should look like thick paste.
    Pour into soup a little at a time and stir with a wire whisk.
    Cook until the soup is reduced to a semi-thick consistency.
