Sinful Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
3 c. flour, sifted

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Use 1 teaspoon of dough rounded into a ball and flattened for each cookie.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until very lightly brown.
Cool.
Put 2 cookies together with lemon filling and roll in confectioners sugar.
