Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box nonfat dry milk (8 qt. size)
20 to 22 oz. jar coffee creamer
2 lb. box instant chocolate mix
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Sift all ingredients together and store in two 3 pound coffee cans.
For each serving, fill a cup 1/3 to 1/2 full with mix and add boiling water.
Stir and serve hot.
