Tasty Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. short ribs
    2 onions, sliced
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. oil
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown meat in hot oil; add onions.
    Blend together tomato sauce, 1 cup water, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and simmer 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
    Serve with noodles.
