Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Bac*Os
    3 to 4 oz. reduced fat Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 red onion, diced
    1 large bunch broccoli, cut in florets
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise (low-fat)
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Whisk together last 3 ingredients.
    Toss salad with dressing about one-half hour before serving.
    Refrigerate.
