Fried Noodles(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 pkg. (1 lb.) fresh egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into matchstick pieces
    2 green onions (including top), cut into 2 inch slivers
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Chinese wine or dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. sweet brown bean sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breast halves in soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles in boiling water until tender but firm to bite.
    Drain well.
    (Tip:
    If not fried immediately, toss with 2 teaspoons sesame oil.)
    Coat pan with vegetable oil over high heat.
    Add vegetable oil; swirl to coat sides.
    Add garlic; stir until fragrant, about 5 seconds.
    Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until opaque.
    Add bell pepper and green onions and cook for 1 minute.
    Stir in soy sauce, wine, brown bean sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and noodles.
    Cook and gently toss until heated through.
    Serve hot.
