Smoked Sausage And Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bag black beans
    1 small pkg. smoked sausage or cocktail smokies
    1 c. rice or yellow rice
    jalapeno pepper (optional)
    sour cream
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Drain water.
    Add more for cooking. Slice sausage in large pieces and cook together with beans until tender.
    Cook rice and set aside.
    Serve sausage and beans on rice and garnish with pepper and sour cream.
