Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.), skinned and boned
1/3 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine breadcrumbs, 1/4 teaspoon basil, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in egg.
Dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Coat skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Cook chicken until light brown.
Arrange chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine tomato sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and garlic.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
