Jaw Breaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. red food coloring
    1/2 tsp. oil flavoring (cinnamon)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, Karo and water in saucepan.
    Bring to boil; cook until it comes to 325\u00b0 (hard crack) on candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat; add coloring and flavoring.
    Mix well without scraping sides of pan.
    Pour onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Let harden enough to cut with scissors (approximately 3 minutes).
