Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. hot water
    1 beaten egg
    flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast and 1/2 cup lukewarm water in bowl; let stand.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, shortening and 1 cup hot water and let stand until lukewarm, then add yeast mixture to it.
    Then add egg, 1/2 cup flour and beat, then add 1/2 teaspoon salt and enough flour to make a thick dough.
