Cedar Creek Seafood Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked crabmeat
    1 lb. boiled, peeled shrimp
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 c. minced parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    20 saltine crackers, pounded
    1/2 stick butter
    1 qt. cream
Preparation
    Saute crabmeat and shrimp in small amount of butter for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve with boiled rice.
    Serves 4.
