Minted Potatoes And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boiling potatoes, washed and cut into 8 chunks
    1 c. fresh or frozen peas
    1 tsp. dried mint
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and cook on High for 5 to 9 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender, stirring once.
