Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook the first 3 ingredients in skillet until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender.
Stir in next 4 ingredients.
Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Spoon off excess fat.
Remove from heat.
Add cheeses.
Heat and stir until cheeses are melted and well combined.
Keep warm in chafing dish and serve with chips or crackers.
