Crispy Oven-Fried Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. V-8 juice
    1/4 Tbsp. hot sauce
    2 1/4 lb. skinned chicken parts
    1 1/2 oz. corn flake crumbs
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp. each: salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, oregano and ground cumin
Preparation
    In large shallow pan (not aluminum), combine V-8 juice and hot sauce.
    Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
    Drain chicken. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. In a large plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients.
    Place chicken parts, a few at a time, in bag and shake to coat chicken. Transfer coated chicken pieces to baking sheet.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken.
    Bake until chicken is tender and crisp, about 1 hour.
