Chili Sausage Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 (7 to 8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 to 3 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; simmer for 30 minutes, or until noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary to prevent sticking.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
