Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    2 (16 oz.) cans French-cut green beans
    2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    12 or more Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine over low heat.
    Mix in dry ingredients.
    This will be lumpy.
    Add sour cream.
    Mash out lumps.
    Increase heat; simmer until sauce thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    Add beans.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over beans.
    Sprinkle crumbled crackers over cheese.
    Pour remaining margarine over crackers.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
