Precious Moments Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cans tomato sauce (15 oz.)
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Monterey Jack
    8 oz. Mozzarella
    Ricotta
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Push to one side and saute onion. Drain fat.
    Stir in 2 cans of tomato sauce, salt and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Shred cheeses together (except Ricotta). Spread 1/2 can of remaining tomato sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add layer of uncooked noodles, slightly overlapping. Add half of the meat and sauce mixture.
    Sprinkle with 1/3 of cheese mixture.
    Repeat with one more layer.
    Add remaining noodles.
    Cover with remaining tomato sauce, Ricotta and cheese. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
